60-Day Money-Back Guarantee - You Must Be Completely Satisfied
Try the unit for 60 days. If you find that you don't prefer the crisp, clean air produced by the New-Aire XJ-3000C Air Purifier, or don't otherwise notice the benefit of using it you can return the unit to New-Aire for a full refund of the amount of the purchase. You have 60 days to do so from the time you receive your order.

Your only expense is to ship the unit(s) back to us.

To avoid a delay in getting your refund include a copy of your invoice.

Note: If you order more than one unit, and return part of your order, your total price will be adjusted according to how many units you keep. Then, you will be credited the difference between what you originally paid, and the adjusted price.

90-Day Replacement Policy

If any part requires repair during the first 90 days after receiving your New-Aire XJ-3000C Air Purifier, due to manufacturer defect, then we will replace it with a new machine.

What you must do:

Contact us for return and shipping instructions. You can call us at (800) 995-2001, or email us at service@new-aire.com.
Pack the product in its original carton, and in the same manner in which you received it, or as identical as possible.
Include a copy of your invoice inside the box, and a description of the problem.
Label and ship the unit, freight prepaid, to the address provided.
For your protection and that of the product we recommend using Federal Express or UPS when shipping anything to us.

Three Year Material and Workmanship Guarantee

What is covered: All parts defective in material and workmanship.
Exclusions: Regular replacement parts such as air filter cartridges and UV lamps; Plastic clamps that hold in UV lamp.
For how long: Three years from purchase date.
What we will do: Repair or replace any defective parts.

Other Conditions
The provisions of this warranty are in lieu of any other written warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by you for the product. In no event shall New-Aire or the manufacturer be liable for special, incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. This warranty does not cover a defect that resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accident, improper packing, or unauthorized tampering, alteration, or modification as determined solely by us. This warranty is void if the label bearing the serial number has been removed or defaced.
